To better serve more restaurants, they were looking for a qualified Accounts and Operations Executive responsible for managing client relations and providing remote support. Somewhere then helped them hire Sheena.
Sheena is in charge of the following as their Accounts and Operations Executive:
● Being the main point of contact & support for assigned clients
● Engaging and setting up new accounts
● Building relationships with customers
● Doing backend operations support
Sheena now works full-time in the client time zone for $1,500 per month.
Sheena has one year of experience as an Executive Assistant and eight years of experience in Customer Service.
