Direct Hire uses a one-time recruiting fee based on your new hire’s first-year salary. Your company manages payroll, compliance and day-to-day work after the hire.
Refundable Deposit and Search
We charge a one-time, fully refundable deposit to kick off your search and introduce you to candidates. This amount is credited toward your final hiring fee.
Offer Signed
Once your new team member signs their offer, we charge a one-time fee (percentage of their first-year salary). The more you hire through us, the lower that percentage gets.
6 Month Guarantee
Each hire comes with a 6 month perfect-hire guarantee which includes a replacement hire if you are unhappy with the performance of your new team member.
