The client is a startup automation tool company that provides businesses with an online scheduling tool where people can book appointments and receive notifications for them. The same tool also generates actionable insights for their users through a dashboard that shows their app activity. Their goal is to help businesses cut costs by saving their time.
The startup needed a proactive individual who can be trusted with various virtual assistant (VA) roles, including admin tasks and customer support. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are also a must. We connected them to Melody Doromal.
