Your dedicated recruiting team will begin sourcing candidates and sharing vetted profiles with you. With your feedback and input we find the perfect individuals to add value to your company. 4. Payment and Pricing

Once the candidate signs the offer letter, we send you an invoice for our recruiting fee. We charge 25-35% of the first year salary as a one-time fee depending on how many roles you fill with us. Many companies build large teams with us, hiring 20+ team members. We also handle compliance, equipment and training as a separate pricing option with no up-front fee.
