My name is Vitor and I have gathered experience dealing with customers for several years. I have been in several kinds of customer support positions, dealing with tourists, B2B, B2C and even waited tables, both at ground and in manager level. My attached CV includes my main experiences from every stage of my professional carreer, from internships to my current position in advertising. I have great communication skills, a lot of charisma and a high english level, having dealt with customers both in portuguese and english, always maintaining a good balance between their satisfaction and the company's interest.
