I’m a passionate individual with 10+ years’ experience in Customer relations management, account management, stakeholder management, reporting and insight analysis. Service delivery improvement and strategy planning and Sales Enablement and change management. I have extensive experience in customer centric and operational efficiency roles. I managed couple of teams who were dealing with telephonic, written correspondence and face to face engagement both in person and virtually across the country. I completed a management & leadership development program at the University of Cape town and I’m currently enrolled to study a Communication Sciences degree. I’m passionate about leadership, best practice and innovation and strive to achieve greatness and leave a positive impression with everyone I’m in contact with.
