In 2024 I (almost single handedly) helped a listed company in Zimbabwe raise USD $15m in debt. I developed and presented a 10 year strategic plan that is in motion for the group to move revenue from $8m ARR to $50m ARR by 2026 through vertical integration of value chains and diversified markets segments. This helped reduce fixed costs by 38% and overheads by 15% thus increasing overall profitability between 8% to 35% depending on commodity. Throughout this process I negotiated with lending institutions, made provisions for equity buy-outs, instituted a company-wide ERP for 2000+ employees, established a parallel consulting arm for adjacent African markets for a larger out-grower footprint and wrote endless shareholder reports and presented to the board. Finally, I uncovered fraud which meant that I brought in external council to manager the PR and compliance exposure risk
