I am a very hardworking individual who has had the pleasure of dabbling in different fields to acquire many skills. I began by having a seasonal job whilst I was in high school where I was excelled in meeting daily sales targets and managing my work area. This means keeping it neat, keeping an eye on stock and also finding creative ways to sell. I have also worked from home for the American company Amazon as a Digital Device Customer Service Associate. This was a more complex job and it involved troubleshooting all Amazon devices after you had been trained in them. This would involve researching and investigating, whilst on the call with customer, and if not resolved escalating and creating a ticket. I could also issue refunds and /or replacements, cancel subscriptions and providing technical support. I was exceptional in this role as well and I was tasked with helping those who struggled with their calls. I did this by creating folders with links to help for those who struggled and also having one-on-one meetings with them. The past 2 years, I have been an au pair and this includes looing after who was then a 2 week old girl and an almost 2 year old boy when I came. Whilst looking after them I also do manage their weekly schedules, with the girl now in speech therapy 3 times a week and also weekly plan and prepare their weekly meals. I do switch out their clothes when they outgrow them and make a weekly list of stuff we need. I am very much an organised individual and make sure that those around me are as well and this imparts on the children's lives. Through all this I have obtained a National Certificate in Professional Cookery and 4 certificates in Data Science, all headed towards and professional certificate in Data Science. I am well-versed in Microsoft Office, Zoom and Microsoft Teams, AutoCad, and Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. I have certificates in Data Science courses which has enabled me to learn R and RStudio. I am also familiar with AI tools such as ChatGPT and Google Bard.
