I have over three decades of corporate experience in a variety of executive support office management, marketing and sales roles. I have worked in a variety of sectors, including business-to-business and retail. Most of my professional work experience has been in South Africa and most recently in Zambia.
Secondly, I have exceptional organization skills as a result I thrive on order, structure and an office that runs smoothly. You can depend on me to manage and support all aspects of the executive/entrepreneur work, including scheduling and calendar management, call screening, messaging, and text and email management. Also, letter writing, spreadsheet, and presentation preparation, travel and logistic arrangements, internet research and event planning.
Thirdly, to ensure your office operates at maximum efficiency, I have a wide range of business tools and software packages, including Microsoft Office, and Google G-Suite. I also make use of different apps, which will mean that your office will run the same. I have various diplomas and certifications to support my career.
I am in the eastern cape of South Africa and have a full home office setup complete with 5G internet, printer, scanner. All my installed software is fully licensed.
