I’m an experienced Operations and Administrative professional with a diverse background in international business, e-commerce, and customer service. With over seven years of accumulated experience, I’ve developed expertise in areas such as operations coordination, customer relations, project management, and digital content creation. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in International Business and am currently pursuing a Master’s in Anthropology, where I’ve had the opportunity to strengthen my analytical and cross-cultural communication skills. In my most recent role as an Operations Coordinator, I managed inventory across multiple e-commerce platforms, oversaw international logistics with carriers like DHL and FedEx, contributed to marketing initiatives, and handled communication with customers and artisan and wholesale partners. I have significant experience working remotely with U.S.- based companies, handling a variety of administrative, creative, and B2B responsibilities.
