About me:
I have over a decade of experience with a background focused on supporting the IT industry, where I was responsible for managing the commercial team selling services both B2B and B2C market. I was also supervising some of the recruiting initiatives by filtering résumes and handling interview sessions as well. My focus is on client acquisition, client retention, and customer experience. Currently, I'm conducting and facilitating outbound calls and outreach methods such as LinkedIn and Email campaigns to set up appointments for our Seniors up to and including C-Suite Executives.
