Hi, I’m Liezel Dupay but I go by Elle. I finished 2 years of college, took up Business Administration major in Human Resource Management. I began my career in the BPO industry year 2020, and with almost 3 years of hands-on experience in retail/e-commerce and healthcare campaigns, I became proficient in administrative tasks and customer support. My expertise extends to social media, financial and project management which I developed while in school. I am known for being organized, strategic, and resourceful. I am a self-starter who takes initiative and can quickly adapt to changing demands and priorities. I'm also an effective communicator and have experience working both independently and as part of a team.
