I have been a medical virtual assistant for quite some time, and during this period, I believe I have maximized my role and made significant contributions to the facility I work with. I’ve proactively created documentation for clinic protocols and developed a reference guide for various processes, helping establish a more structured and efficient workflow. In addition, I’ve worked closely with our provider to support business growth by strengthening our referral system and assisting in setting up a performance dashboard to monitor each provider’s contributions. I consider myself goal-driven, task- and results-oriented, and deeply passionate about continuous growth and learning. Over the years, I’ve gained valuable experience across different roles and organizations, honing my skills in people management, teamwork, and strategic planning.
