My motivation for applying for this position is because of the unmatched value your organisation places upon its people. I was immediately convinced, when I read the advert that pursuing a development towards the insurance career at your organisation is the chance of a lifetime to fulfil my objective of developing myself as a Insurance Executive / consultant.  I have extensive experience with customers. I’ve worked as a claims advisor, quality consultant, retentions consultant and sales in the insurance and financial industry. I have always been a top performer, and have exceeded my targets. Taking part in extra-curricular activities provided me with invaluable organizational, public communication and leadership skills.  I have a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce completed in 2002 at University of KZN, South Africa. In terms of interpersonal communication, I am responsive to my colleagues and am eager to help whenever possible. I am extremely hard working, highly organised, and I am good at persuading others by creating relationships based on mutual trust and understanding.  I know your organisation seeks only the brightest and most driven applicants for this position.
