I've been working in customer service/support for about 14 years. I have experience working in English, Spanish and Portuguese, both onsite and remote, through a variety of industries. I really enjoy assisting people in anyway I can and being the friendly voice in a complicated situation. I'm also a musician and about to finish my studies in Art Therapy
