High level of professionalism and leadership. 100% computer literate Microsoft programs i.e. word, excel, email, PowerPoint and in addition to this most CRM platforms and Social Media Platforms. There are not many platforms that I have not worked on and are extremely proficient in doing so. Leading and assisting teams is one of my greatest skills amounts many other skills i.e. Homes For All for example I surpassed my goals and deliverables in such a fast pace my contract ended before the time. This was a challenge but at the end was financially very rewarding. To sell as many off plan homes as possible to ensure a constant revenue stream for the developer and at the same time train new real estate agents on how to sell and how to complete all the financial paper work associated to apply for a bank loan keeping in mind all the new agents had no experience. A total of 35 homes sold in one month and 98% staff retention and 0% on bank loan rejections. We achieved 100% bank loan approvals on first application.
