About me:

I am a 40 year old woman, born and raised in Goiania-Go, Brazil.

My family went to the United State of America in 1990, were I lear to read and write English in my first school experience, my mom then decided to come back to Brazil when I was 9 years old.

I graduated in Food Engineering in 2007, after that I worked as an individual sales assistance for 6 years until I went to Australia in 2013. In Australia I always tried to work in environment where only English was spoken. My first job was as sales assistance for a photography company, with this job I had the opportunity to travel all around Australia, being promoted to manager after 4 months working for them. The company closed back In 2017 and I stayed with them as a Customer Service Manager and assisting with all administrative ,that included phone calls, emails and also some finance, as we worked with payment plans for old customers.

I left the company in 2019 and started working remote for a Removal Company in Sydney- NSW Australia, where I did all the administrative, pay slips and all customer service as well.Finalising my work experience in Australia I stayed 3 years working as a General Manager at Manly Bunkhouse, a small hostel located in the heart of Manly, as well working with customer service, assisting all guest, hiring and training staff and administrative work. English is my biggest passion in life. Working for an American company is a dream for me.
