In previous roles, I conceptualized learning strategies as a Training Manager at Oakley Pretoria and directed training policy at Modena Design Centres. Earlier, I enhanced training standards as an ETD Associate at City & Guilds and developed apprenticeship curricula as a National Training Manager at MQA SETA/JCSA. I also have experience in project management, training, and recruitment from positions at Assessment College Johannesburg and Academy International Pretoria. My education includes a Post Graduate Degree in Human Resources Management from Central University of Technology, along with a Bachelor of Technology in Human Resource Management and several certificates and diplomas in education, training, and development.
