My name is Christopher, I have worked in the customer service field for just under 5 years, I have progressed through the field,starting out as a customer service agent and then making my way up to a specialist and then eventually becoming a trainer/rover. This has allowed me to see the ins and outs of customers service and what great customer service is all about. I would always meet my SLA and had CSAT of near and above 90%. I am Omni channel trained with being able to handle 60+ calls daily, with multiple simultaneous chats and emails. Most of my experience was gained in the ever growing, fast paced environment at Amazon working for the US side of Amazon.com.
