As a Remote Dental Secretary in the Dentistry industry, you will play a crucial role in supporting the administrative tasks of a dental office. Your attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to work independently will contribute to the success of the practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and manage appointments for patients, including confirming and rescheduling as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including personal information, medical history, and insurance coverage
- Handle billing and insurance claims, ensuring timely and accurate submission for reimbursement
- Manage incoming and outgoing communication with patients, including phone calls and emails
- Assist with general office tasks such as ordering supplies, organizing files, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace
