On the weekends I often go hiking. I've found some incredible local places I never new existed before I started these mini adventures.
It's the hardest thing, not many people are makers and attractors. I think there are two kinds of people - those you make things and those who make people care. So find the others, or just get out there and tell people what you're doing...
I think management skills are slowly being distributed throughout organisations, with more responsibilities being given to each role. It might take 20 years for large organisations to kill off managers but for a lot of places it's already over.
I guess that process will never end. There are so many fields, not only in design, I want to learn more about.
