Known Issues:

• Some complicated Javascript doesn't seem to work. I suspect it's a case of javascript code loading other javascript code. We get the first, but not the second.
• Images referenced twice get included twice. A better solution would be to tag them with a special (numbered) class name, and then attach a piece of Javascript which fills them in at runtime. That could cut down on the data size for some sites.
• We aren't really parsing the CSS right now, just looking for url() references that aren't in comments. Full parsing would be better. Parsing and figuring out which CSS is actually used would be ieven better than that.
• We guess at the type of documents by their file endings. HTML documents in particular may tell us their type and encoding, at which point we should use that.
